I finally shoveled all that snow away from my car so I can go to work tomorrow. I haven’t seen that much snow in years. I didn’t even own a shovel. I had to get on a wait list at my apartment to get one as I couldn’t even drive to a store to buy one. Besides, I’d rather use my money to build my business.

In return for your “loyalty”, for lack of a better word, I want to share with you the galleries that seem to be doing well for me.
Of course I can’t be sure these are the galleries that are getting the improved “installs”, and statistically the numbers are insignificant. However, my gut tells me I got these right. Whenever I submit a gallery that looked similar to totem, I didn’t see many clicks or installs. Whenever I created something unique, clicks and installs improved.

I saw very little of anything with the above gallery. Few installs and 1 or two sales.
My first big increase in sales and installs started with this gallery.
The main difference here should be obvious. I put a nice mug shot of the girl with plenty of text I got from the totemcash webmaster area to sell the “free download” idea. Overall a better gallery, but it still looked amateurish to me.
I bought new content from scarlett, which I love, but it set me back a little creatively. It took me some time to resize and rename the picture files and cherry pick 16 pics out of the 100+ for each girl. Rather than lose a day of submitting to “create” something new for this content, I fell back on my original imitation template.
I haven’t made any sales since putting that up and installs went from 1:13 to 1:26!
This was disturbing, so I decided to take some time and build my own unique galleries again.
On the above galleries, I included a description of the girl and improved the “free download” idea. My clicks and installs went back to 1:16.
The last gallery reinforces the idea that the software is free and over 15 million people are already using it. I also mentioned free screensaver, free wallpapers, and free galleries. It’s important they know that it’s not one of those things, that it is something “different”.
Selling virtuagirl is different from selling porn memberships. The surfer needs to know that it’s free to download without giving an email, that it’s adware/spyware/virus free, that it can be uninstalled easily, that it’s not gonna crash their computer. If you can get all these points across in the gallery, the surfer will be more likely to install it. At that point, you’ve done all you can and it’s up to totem to convert them.
So my next galleries are going to emphasize all of the above even more.
Well I hope that helps some of you who maybe newer than me at this. I could be wrong about everything I wrote above, and I welcome any constructive feedback. I just wanted to show you what I did to get those amazing conversions in November. Maybe I just got lucky and the law of large numbers will catch up with me, meaning no more sales in the coming weeks. But if I’m right, the we all get a good head start.

For this period 1:38 overall 1:20. I havnt really been promoting totem cash much this month though. Ive been making alot of BBW sites and galleries and also starting to promote fling more to see if i have any luck with it. That was actually my second sale. A while ago i made a sale with slick cash.

That’s pretty nice gallery, major48. I’m gonna try loading my galleries up with more text about virtuagirl and see what happens. Your ratios aren’t bad either, considering you are getting a lot more traffic in general. This period I’m sitting at 217 clicks and 19 installs. Just waiting for the sales to come in now, lol.

Oh, about fling. I get very little clicks to fling from my tgp submits. I get a little better clicks from the link lists even though the volume is much lower. However, I have made no sales to fling from any chameleon runs. All of my sales are coming from my blog hotlfing.com
I started a new blog flingmain.com and it is already getting clicks. I’m sitcking to all rated pg-13 banners, and I got the most signups and clicks on the 160×600 banner. Hope that helps.
I think fling needs to be promoted either by seo blogging and/or ppc like adwords, though I haven’t tried any ppc yet. But given how the blogs are doing, I think ppc would be the next logical step.
I think I remember justrobert in greenguy saying he never was able to make money with fling, so I get the feeling that going for adult traffic directly may not be the best way to promote it.

Well I have been promoting it with my free sites. Its been getting clicks but no joins yet but as you know it takes a while for free sites to build up traffic. Also I think my galleries are plain but i get a pretty good click through ratio. About 3-5 percent of the traffic going to the galleries click on the sponsor links and from what i hear from howlingwulf I think that is about standard I think he told me he gets about 5 percent. I would like to make better looking galleries but honestly im not that good at photo shop so I have been working on making better text links
