Well I was so impressed after 6 days of running Chameleon Link List submitter, that I thought I’d take the plunge and buy 1 month of the TGP version.
The software has over 1400 tgps in its database. My first run produced list of about 200+ eligible tgps from that list. I’m assuming that the smaller number was the result of choosing the category “brunette”. We’ll see tomorrow how many come up when I choose a different niche.
Anyway, the error/reject rate was a bit higher than the link list submitter. I’m guessing about 15%. Several because my new host webair is blacklisted! Didn’t see that coming. A few because the tgp reached their daily submission limit, and a few more for having images too small in size. Two just timed out, the submit page wouldn’t come up. Some other misc errors that I have to check out later.
Other than the webair being blacklisted and the tgp hitting their arbitrary limits, I should be able to get the reject rate down to a minimum.
I just used a basic template that I made from my link list gallery, but used new images. The learning curve was much shorter since I learned how to use the LL submitter a few days back. The major hurdle was using the auto sample thumb generator. It creates sample thumbs based on an image from your gallery in various sizes.
Still, it took me about 4 hours to do everything. I think I can knock this down to a couple of hours once I get the hang of it.
I’m curious to see how much traffic I get from the tgp vs the LL. I’m still way shy of getting enough traffic to measure any meaningful stats, never mind making any money.
Even with this awesome tool, I’ve only scratched the surface of the work that needs to be done: Taking notes about rejection, noting tgps that accept more than 1/day then setting up groups, tracking which tgps sent traffic, tracking which sponsors convert their niches, etc…
Overall I’d have to say the Chameleon TGP submitter is as good as the link list submitter version. Filling out forms automatically, generating thumbs, then creating the galleries with recips. This process would take me all day, if not days. But Chameleon does this in a matter of minutes. What takes time is manually submitting, reading the captchas and individual rules of each tgp. This time will be reduced once I start setting up “groups” in the software.
You can download a free trial of chameleon. The free trial lets you go through the entire process of setting everything up. However, it stops short of letting you submit. Still, you can get a good feel if chameleon is right for you by taking the time to learn the software before purchasing.
