Day 10 – Late start – Adult Blog ideas

I really got a late start last night. Long day at the day job. Didn’t get started until about 10pm. Now that I’ve established it takes about 5-6 hours to work this plan, it was a bit hard to get started that late. I stayed up till about 2am building the site and doing the auto submits in chameleon LL & tgp. I then crashed for the night. I got up this morning about 8am, finished the manual submits, and did all the email confirmations. Took about another 2 hours. I didn’t work straight for 2 hours, I took a few breaks for coffee and the morning bm. I know, TMI! So again, about 6 hours.

I took a look back at some of the rejections I’m getting. In the link list submits, some of them use a script that thinks my free site is a tgp. It spits out a message and says rejected because they don’t list tgps. I’m not sure if this is because I have tgps on the same domain, or if there is something in my html that makes it look more like a tgp than a free site. Either way, I don’t know how to fix this one. The other error/rejections where minimal like 4 or 5. Due to their site gave me a 404 or timed out.

For the TGP, the error/rejections where mostly daily limit reached, timeouts or descriptions errors. I was able to fix most of the description errors and manually resubmit some of the timeouts. I found one reject for no recipt link. I checked the url and sure enough, it was missing. This was a page chameleon generated, so there seems to be a slight glitch here. However, if the recip had a different url than the url of the email sent to me notifying me of the missing recip, then I could be wrong. Just to tired to make sure, maybe later.

Overall, chameleon is really kicking butt in terms of timesaving. I’ve gotten a few thousand visits to my sites and chameleon is the easiest part of that formula. Now I know that a few thousand visits doesn’t cut it in this business, you need hundreds of thousands. But it’s not chameleons fault. I need to start making my own list of sites to add into chameleon.

Last night I decided to start promoting fling. It converts really well for me on a blog I setup last month, so I thought I’d pump it through chameleon.
Free site: Looking for Sex
Gallery for tgp: Brunette Looking for Sex
Sponsor: Fling.com
I’m really proud of this template. It’s clean and simple. I used an image background technique I found when analyzing galleries at thehun. So simple, but nice effect.

Now, speaking of blogs, I hit the greenguy forum and tried to get some feedback on a blog plan I’m working up. For the most part, I think the plan is solid. It won’t add a ton of time to my daily routine after the initial setup, so I think I can do this. Basically I’m gonna setup/rework a few domains I have. I’ll go into more detail after I finalize my plan and get everything setup. Don’t want to bore you with details that I may eliminate from the plan later.

Now that I’m 10 days into submitting, with roughly 60 hours invested, I still have no sales. This doesn’t discourage me, it’s the cheapest education I’ll ever get. I just hope I can keep up this pace. As I am sure all of you can relate, I have several competing priorities that could easily hinder my work in this business. Whether it be health, financial, or emotional. Right now I’m falling behind in my day job because of the fatique of putting in these extra hours. I haven’t walked my dogs in days. And to be honest, I’m starting to get some really strange thoughts.

I don’t think there is any problem I have right now that a few extra hours of sleep won’t solve. Unfortunately, this conflicts with my philosophy that there are damn few problems that can’t be solved with a little sweat and hard work. I suppose the middle ground would be a good cup of coffee.
