Sorry I haven’t posted in a while. Been working on my new place I’m moving too. Working with contractors suck. I had to take down some drywall and put installation in myself. They only put the installation in about half way, then stopped when I wasn’t there. As if I wouldn’t check their work.
I’m still submitting galleries, but haven’t made anything new since my last post – just simply using sponsor galleries. However, I am getting some great results on the new galleries that I built myself – at least with totemcash. The other sponsors are still not converting.
There was a nice little spike on the 19th, when my gallery got listed at thehun and freeones.

I submitted another gallery to thehun and freeones – one I’ve already submitted everywhere else last week. Doesn’t look like freeones took it, but still waiting on thehun.
I’ve also been scrubbing my chameleon database – mostly deleting sites that aren’t driving traffic. Today I found one of my favorite sites has blacklisted me – jackstroker.com. Not sure why, so I sent an email this morning asking to be reconsidered. Hopefully he’ll let me submit again – his site did generate some decent traffic – in the area of 500 hits.
I’m also analyzing my fling blogs. Traffic has been steadily dropping and I haven’t made any sales this pay period for fling. For the period Feb 1 – Feb 21: I was getting about 76% new visitors according to google analytics. For the period Mar 1 – Mar 21: I’m getting only 56% new visitors. This is primarily due to a drop in rankings for the keywords I’m targeting. I’m going to brainstorm this week and see if there is anything I can do short term to improve my rankings. This may include posting to other dating blogs, submitting to directories, and posting in dating/adult forums.
One of places I’m considering is: Post2Blogs
Interesting concept – they let you post to their blogs and all you do in return is post a link back. I’ve already submitted one post. I think I get to post 20 for free. No traffic yet from that one post, but wasn’t expecting any. Doing this purely for seo. Their blogs are pretty straight forward, but still very new overall. Hence the link juice coming back may be weak.
Another tool I found is Comment Kahuna
It searches for blogs by keyword, then you post in the comments of the blogs. Haven’t used it yet, but it is free with your email. Looks pretty powerful – yet not spammy since everything is manual. I’ll do a post later on this.

Here are my stats 3rd month, ill download snagit later and post screen shots too. I think over all good/successful but I’m quickly approaching 2 weeks without a sale and that is the most frustrating thing for me. I start to question if the effort is worth it.

Big disappointment is Kinky Dollars, 0:4049 unnq’ this month, another one I like as they update content lot but they must be saturated? I got 2 sales with about 300 unq early in the year so decided to push them hard, it’s been a real bummer since Jan with them.

Expenses
Partner Accounts RR $40, Shemp $40, Bone Me $39, World Sex $96, Chameleon Submitter $25, Hosting $9. I did get a sale from Bone Me and a sale form Shemp, none from the others. The Hun listed 2 of my galleries this past 30 days and I got 2 sales form that. RR I like but no sales since Dec from them, nothing form Tommy yet only 2 listings on AL4A since I started with them 11 days ago. I plan to not renew a few and try 1 or 2 others next month.
For the month I’m up $108 but over 3 months down about $200 still, I keep looking at different sponsors to push but so many look the same and when I look at TGPs their content is all over the place it seems. The blog thing seems to work for SE traffic not tons yet but seeing it however keeping fresh posts on them is a challenge and no sales on them. So far 12 blogs up and I am submitting 2-4 a day but not seeing results I’d like to be honest

I have sent in 6 WS going back to 3-12, nothin gyet but probably to early, AL4A I have had 2 of 5 listed but honestly cant find any trafic from them yet so the other question is when approved whats turn around on listing if you know? Awesome post! Thanks for keeping us up to date. Glad to see things are turning around for you. Be interesting to see how long before you overtake me in gross sales – could even happen this month. I might have to look into shemp’s partner account.
The thing with partner accounts is they cost money, and most of the surfers there I would imagine are return surfers who are just there for more free stuff. TGP in general looks like just a numbers game, and 1:5000 is probably about right.
Blogs seem to be purely a SEO game. It’s so much more rewarding because not only do they convert better, but all the traffic you get is from your own sweat.

Sales have all but stopped teh past 2 weeks, so …
I am not sure how long I can keep the partner accounts, maybe 1 more month, with out at leasat seeign 1 sale from them to pay for themself.
I am learning what wont sell on certain partner accounts, so I ahve started to post other sponsor / content to alot of these to find what the surefers like at them, trial and error and time…
I do plan to stop 2 of them nex tmonth and try 2 others see if I can find 3-4 that at least generate 1 sale a month.
The blog thing is “working” for getting SE hits bu tno sale syet – thats a bit disspointing as most of the hits as you said are surfers looking for “somehting” I may put up 2 mor efree blogs this weekend, if i get a blog sale ill post it bu tnothing first month of blogging.

Hey guys~ I was reading Bill’s post asking about Worldsex and wanted to say that it takes a few weeks to get things going there. It seems they are about 2-3 weeks behind on approving your galleries, so just be patient and things will get going. Once you get it going I very rarely get a gallery just posted in the archives only, but once or twice a month maybe. Doing pretty good this month myself, but still have a long way to go. Submitting everyday at least one gallery and one freesite and I have about 40 blogs, so that helps. Have a good one!

Bill, the thing about submitting to the big TGP’s is you need about 4 – 5 months worth of galleries in their archives to generate sufficient and significant traffic – It’s quite rare to get sales just from the ‘todays galleries’ main page on most TGP’s. The question you will have to ask yourself is ‘Am I prepared to do this for six months at no profit and maybe sometimes at a cost to me’.
If you decide to keep your PA’s active and continue to submit it’s still a hit and miss situation for the newbie. A good converting sponsor can quickly become a not so good converting sponsor in a week – seriously! I’ve been promoting a site and been doing a nice consistent 1:800ish ratio, so what did I do? built more gals and fs which are now archived and the ratio has gone through the roof. It’s at about 1:1,400 and climbing. So, in effect it’s been a little bit of a waste of time for me if those gals/fs fail to convert. Knowing the way things are going I’m not expecting them to either!
Most of the people who are making any kind of money from submits have been doing it a long time and have months upon months of galleries and freesites archived and literally hundreds/thousands of sponsor links floating about out there. It’s taken them years to build up their traffic and they did this when times were good, they also have a lot of trial and error experience under their belts.
I’m not wanting to piss on your bonfire Bill just thought i’d give you friendly food for thought if you are considering keeping or ditching your PA’s. With the quiet summer period round the corner I’d seriously give it some thought my friend, you can always renew an expired account.

Thank you and I welcome feedback like that, I am willing to eat costs right now to be honest, but I am looking to do it with some logic, I have had PAs for 3 months and my thought is/was to rotate a few e.g. maybe not renew Bone Me and RR next month but grab Pink World and Free Haven etc..?
Im submitting lik ecrazy and trying a few new sponsors, every month. I am also trying to get blog traffic. I plan to put in a solid effort for 12 months then reevaluate. After 12 months I would like to see some “progress”

Bill, what I was personally thinking of doing this year (if it’s going to be as quiet as people predict) is keep running the decent archive type TGP’s like BoneMe and run the more fast and furious TGP’s a month on and a month off. As I might not be able to submit every day during summer due to other commitments and projects I have lined up, this seems like a good idea.
I’m keeping in mind that on average a TGP seems to keep archives for around 3 – 4 Months (some less, some more) and that the summer holiday period will be around 3 months- June, July, August. I’m just trying to decide wether it will be worth submitting or just sitting tight.
It’s probably to early to really say and we’ll have to see nearer the time, but I like to at least have a plan for the coming 2 months.
On another note: I personally think blogs are the way to go too ( for as long as google likes them lol) I have a few, one is only a few months old and already getting 300 uniques/day of pure niche SE traffic. Sales arn’t brilliant but I’m getting sales. I don’t obsess about SEO on blogs, I just right naturally and do it with interest , Googles algorithms are pretty advanced these days and they can detect deliberate (not saying it’s a bad thing) SEO a mile away.

Well since I wasn’t having much luck with converting with photo galleries I made my first video gallery today. I heard it from some of the old pro’s in this business that it doesnt make much difference but I figured It wont hurt to try. So check it out and tell me what you think.

2 more free blogs up tonight, 16 blogs in all now, couple getting decent hits with out much work some are almost dead with no traffic, trying to figure this all out.
I find the blogs to be a lot of work, not sure ho wmuch I need ot update them – daily, weekly, monthly… anyone have a hint on that? Cant imagine having 100+ if updates required daily.
