I got a email from Adult Chamber yesterday and I just want to share part of it with you guys.

“Laziness or Apathy?
I have a very interesting, and quite unique view, as it relates to the appearance that the level of energy expended on website promotions may be falling off.  I am not talking about spending money here, I am talking about working and energy.  Is it laziness on behalf of the webmaster, apathy, or just hoping business will come their way without working as hard as they used to?  Has some level of boredom set in?  Why the questions?  There is a website that is totally free for adult webmasters.  Literally hundreds of webmasters use RateXpics to get them free traffic.  But something is happening that gives us a unique window; one that has us asking these questions.  Here is what I mean…  The site is totally free and anyone who owns an adult site can use it to get free traffic.  But during the past few months we notice that webmasters are not managing their free accounts as much as they used to, even though there is more free traffic now then ever before.  This leaves the majority of the free traffic to the handfulls of webmasters who actually roll up their sleeves, login, and manage their free account.  Clearly this small group is very happy, but it makes us question, as an industry, are we getting lazy? To boost your business, it takes work.  Right now is the best time to get out there and do business.”

Now I had never heard of Rate X Pics and the first thing I thought of was Rob’s domain Rated X Pics. And then I got pissed because I thought “Fucking Rob didn’t tell us he was getting that much traffic and allowing submissions”…lol Ok so once I realized it was a different site I checked it out. I must say i am very impressed with it. Here is how it works. You setup a free account that lets you post up to 30 pics at any given time and link them to whatever URL you want as long as it is on the same domain as the photo. Well surfers basically see a slide show of the pics in any given category and they rate them 1 to 10. The higher your photo gets rated the more your photo is shows which means more traffic to your link. Whats also great about this is that you don’t have to post any recip link anywhere. I have added about 5 pics so far and will continue adding them through out the day until I get to my 30 pic limit. I have been linking back to some of my galleries so far but I will probably be linking more to my blog with the next photos I post.
